1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options within Thailand and select international destinations:
- Standard Delivery (Thailand Post / Kerry Express / Flash Express) – 2 to 5 business days
- Express Delivery (Thailand Post / Kerry Express / Flash Express) – Same day or next-day delivery (available in select areas)
- International Shipping – Delivery time and carrier vary by destination. Please contact us for details before ordering.
All shipping methods include tracking information, which will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and size of your order. They will be shown during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Typical domestic shipping fees (subject to change):
- Orders under 2 kg: ฿50 – ฿80
- Oversized or heavy items: Calculated at checkout
3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times are as follows:
- Bangkok & major cities: 1–3 business days
- Remote or island areas: 3–5 business days
- International deliveries: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
We strive to meet all stated delivery timeframes. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, logistical disruptions, or high order volumes (e.g., holiday seasons). In such cases:
- We will notify you via email or phone if a significant delay is expected.
- ROTH International Ltd. shall not be held liable for delivery delays beyond our control.
- If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipment.
5. Order Tracking & Support

Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
– The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
– A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
– The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following:
– Customized or made-to-order products.
– Items marked as final sale or clearance.
– Products that show signs of use, damage, or installation.

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address we provide. Please ensure safe and secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

2.1 Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
– Returned item meets the eligibility criteria above.
– The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
– Order cancellations made before dispatch of goods.
2.2 Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used:
– Credit card or debit card: refund via payment gateway (may take 7–14 business days).
– PromptPay: refunded to the originating account.
– Bank transfers: refunded to the provided Thai bank account.
2.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
– Product returned without all original components.
– Minor damage not due to shipping or defect.
– Delayed return beyond the eligible period, accepted at our discretion.
2.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
– Items returned damaged or used.
– Shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to our fault.
– Any digital or downloaded products (if offered).
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible and the regular return process applies.
